Italian Shrimp Kebabs

Active: 20 Min Total: 30 Min, plus 2 hours marinating

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Can't Miss Kebab Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning

  • 1 1/2 lb. large peeled, deveined raw shrimp

  • 16 cherry tomatoes

  • 16 pitted Castlevetrano olives

Step 1

Combine marinade and 1 Tbsp dried Italian seasoning in a large bowl

Step 2

Stir in 1 1/2 lb large peeled, deveined shrimp, 16 cherry tomatoes, and 16 pitted Castlevetrano olives

Step 3

Cover; chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours

Step 4

Skewer onto 8 (10 inch) skewers. Discard marinade.

Step 5

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-450). Place kebabs on oiled grates. Grill, covered, until shrimp are cooked, about 6 minutes, turning halfway through cook time.
